"We have had a lovely week at Coach Cottage – our family live a few doors down so it was ideal for us. The cottage is lovely and all beds very comfy and cosy. Thank you very much for the the welcome pack and decorating the house for Christmas - Santa even visited while we were here and put some presents under the beautiful tree. Am sure we will stay again if it is available."
Family W-S, Dec 2019.

"My family and I have had a great 9 days here. What can I say - its home from home, everything here. The welcome package was wonderful and the thoughtful dog treats was a wonderful touch. Went to the Vernon Arms and had a fantastic meal. We cannot fault anything about our stay."
Janice, Dec 2019.

"We have had another lovely stay at Coach Cottage. The welcome pack and lollies make it feel more special. We have enjoyed lots of beach walks with our favourite being the walk from Overstrand to Cromer, stopping off in the cafe in North Lodge Park, Cromer which is also dog friendly.Thank you for another lovely stay. You have been so attentive."
Alister, Nov 2019.

"There is only one word to describe Coach Cottage - Perfect. Thank you so much for letting us stay. The welcome pack was lovely and bits for our dog - what a lovely touch. It was perfect for our elderly parents with all the facilities provided. Thank you - we will return next year."
Steve, Oct 2019.

"Thank you Kathryn for a very special few days in your fabulous cottage. Every need was catered for; all the goodies you provided were an added bonus. They were much appreciated and we would like to thank you for these and all your concern while we have been here. We wish you many years of successful letting as you certainly have put every effort into making a very comfortable stay for your guests."
Margaret, Oct 2019.

"Thank you Kathryn, Coach Cottage was just perfect. Despite the weather we had a lovely day in Cromer. The people were so friendly and discovered a brilliant book shop. We went for Sunday lunch at the Foundry Arms - excellent food and welcoming staff."
Joy, Sept 2019.

"Thank you for a lovely stay in your fabulous cottage. We have had a wonderful time. Although the weather was poor at times we still managed to get out and about to visit some super places – including Felbrigg and Blickling which had some excellent trails. Coach Cottage is a perfect home from home to visit this peaceful county."
Graham, Sept 2019.

"We had a wonderful few days in Coach Cottage. Loved how well equipped and comfortable it is and ideal for my mum with mobility aids and great for our dog too. Had a couple of good meals at the Vernon Arms – would recommend. Explored the coast and villages in the area. Enjoyed The Broads Tour from Wroxham. Felbrigg Hall is worth a visit, ideal for walks. Thank you for making us so welcome, with all the extras you left, really appreciated. My only suggestion would be a black out blind in the bedroom – otherwise perfect!!"
Sarah, Sept 2019.

"A very comfortable cottage and particularly with all the mobility aids. The handrails were great for my Mum, so was the wheelchair. We had some lovely outings even though the weather wasn’t good at the beginning of the holiday but we were well prepared coming from the North! The only drawback this week has been the road works outside – having to leave the car whilst coming and going – bit difficult for Mum and her mobility. Elsa our dog loved it. A home from home! Thank you for having the Coach Cottage available for us and hope to see you again. Thanks for our welcome package – just what we needed. The cottage is very well equipped – we lacked for nothing. Good advice / hints from you made it easy to plan our week. We enjoyed Mundesley, Wells, Blickling, and Sheringham. Pity we are going back tomorrow – a heatwave is on the way."
Frank, Aug 2019.

"What a wonderful time we’ve had at Coach Cottage. Reading through the book I’m not sure how many families with young children come to stay – but your cottage is so well equipped and everything thought of (meaning we didn’t have to pack half our house!). Most of our days centred around activities for the littleuns – but we thoroughly enjoyed it all – longer days at Dinosaur Roar, Pettitts and Bewilderwood. Some attractions a little closer – Cromer , The North Norfolk Railway, Blickling and Wroxham Barns. On rainy days pottery painting at the Sticky Earth Cafe in Cromer was fab as was Norwich castle. The Southrepps playground is also amazing!! Thank you for a great stay – you really have thought of everything and we’d certainly recommend and stay again if we decide to holiday in lovely North Norfolk again."
George, Aug 2019.

"We have had a lovely week at Coach Cottage. Thank you for your welcome and all the extras that were waiting for us. The cottage is very comfortable ane well equipped and we had everything we needed."
Caroline, Aug 2019.

"My father, sister and I have spent a lovely relaxing week here in North Norfolk - a stay made more enjoyable because of the comfortable, peaceful environment of Coach Cottage. It has been a lovely place to return to after a day on the beach or walking in the woods at Sheringham Park. As my father has mobility issues the equipment provided was a great help and the information about wheelchair friendly places to visit made it a joy for him too. My sister, a great cook, found everything in the well equipped kitchen - all in all we could not find fault."
Alison, July 2019.

"We have had a wonderful break in Norfolk and travelled many miles seeing as much as possible. The cottage has been a lovely comfortable base to return to with everything we could possible need. Thank you for your welcome and your great cottage – well designed, furnished and spacious."
Jacqui, Letchworth, July 2019.

"Thank you vey much for the warm welcome to your lovely cottage. We have enjoyed our stay very much - this is a lovely part of the country. We can only echo the sentiments of all your other visitors and hope that we can come again one day soon"
John, Kent, July 2019.

"We would like to say a big thank you for letting us stay in your lovely cottage. We have been to Norfolk for about 10 years now and I have to say this is the loveliest part we have stayed in Norfolk. Thank you for all the lovely touches and gifts. The beaches are beautiful, the weather was lovely, and what more could you get from a holiday? We will be back next year."
Margaret, Staffordshire, July 2019.

"Yet again a most fabulous week at this lovely cottage – everything you could need and my disabled mother found the gadgets invaluable."
Catherine, Birmingham, June 2019.

"What can we say, another enjoyable stay in Coach Cottage. Weather has been somewhat challenging but still managed to have plenty of great walks along the beach and particularly enjoyed Sheringham Park for the dogs. Despite the rain we couldn’t have asked for anything better than returning to your cottage. Again your homemade preserves, bread and treats for the dogs, to name but a few were such lovely touches. Will certainly be recommending Coach Cottage to our friends."
Kevin, Essex, June 2019.

"Lovely stay again, with all the extras."
"This was my first time in Norfolk and I had a lovely time. The cottage is beautiful and we explored (and maybe got a little lost) everyday. I am certain we will be back."
Jane & Friend, London, June 2019.

"We have returned to Coach Cottage following a visit in 2016, and have been happy to find it just as good as it was last time. The cake / jam etc on arrival were thoughtful and much appreciated. Thank you. We have had good weather generally, and on the one showery day we went to the cinema in Norwich (parking was a bit of a nightmare – do check before going). Sandringham was well worth a visit as was Horsey beach to see the seals. We went for long walks around Blakeney Point and Sheringham and re-visited Blickling too. It’s been a relaxing week, aided by knowing we were coming back to such comfortable and well equipped accommodation every evening. Thank you for a lovely stay."
Ann, Staffs, May 2019.

"Coach Cottage is very well equipped with just about everything you have at home. The furnishings are really nice and such an unexpected treat to receive all the goodies on arrival. The cottage being on one level is really super and reassuring for older youngsters, Mum and Dad. 5 star property – we will be back. Thank you."
Tracy, Essex, May 2019.

"Well I think everyone before us has said it – great bungalow, beautifully presented, appreciated the “welcome pack of goodies”, lovely to come into a holiday let that is exceptionally clean and fully equipped. and spread the message. We will certainly be back and spread the message that this is an ideal home for everyone with disabilities – and it really is a place where you can bring yourself and your clothes – because everything you might need is already here . Kathryn, you’ve been an ideal hostess and your attention to detail is exceptional."
Cath, Sheffield, May 2019.

"We have had a restful week at Coach Cottage. Having our 10 month old grandson with us meant we weren’t out and about for long days as we would usually be on holiday. However the cottage has been the perfect place to spend time as a family. It is so well equipped and comfortable for all of us and the dogs. The welcome gifts were appreciated and I cannot think of anything that we needed which wasn’t provided. A great standard for other properties to aim for."
Jackie, Suffolk, April 2019.

"Thank you Kathryn for a warm welcoming. We all enjoyed our lovely stay in your gorgeous home. Hopefully we will return soon; tried to rebook for August but unfortunately you were all booked up. Thank you for the gorgeous vegan brownies and bread – they went down a treat – have taken the recipe! Our dog Pip enjoyed the country walks each morning and our lovely meals at the local pub, the Vernon Arms."
Richard, April 2019.

"A perfect holiday home! So comfy and warm and all needs catered for. Wonderful attention to detail."
Andrew, Cheshire, April 2019.

"So pleased to have found this fantastic cottage. Thank you, for the attention to detail, we had everything that we could possibly need. My elderly mother (92) and my three dogs were very comfortable. The welcome pack was a lovely touch and much appreciated, thank you. Sue, Norfolk, March 2019.

"We have had a wonderful stay – we love the cottage very much and its been perfect for our little family. Thank you so much for our lovely welcome pack and all your thoughtful little touches which were all appreciated. The cottage is so well equipped we can’t fault it. We only came for a weekend but have enjoyed fish and chips takeaway and another evening meal from the Vernon Arms in the village. We’ve also visited Sheringham which was having a Viking weekend and the beach at Overstrand both places being extremely dog friendly and enjoyable. We plan to come back to the cottage in the summer for a little longer so that we can enjoy more of what Norfolk has to offer. Thanks again for a lovely stay."
Danielle, Essex, Feb 2019.

"A lovely restful week revisiting Norfolk after 35 years! Most well equipped cottage we stayed in; everything is catered for. Thank you for all the lovely personal touches and fabulous welcome pack. We will be back for lovely walks peace and tranquility. "
Jenny, Dorchester, Feb 2019.

"Thank you Kathryn for a lovely stay in your cosy, comfortable cottage. My (immobile) mother in law from the middle east has loved her stay in Norfolk. She saw snowdrops for the first time. We could happily have stayed longer. Your attention to detail and thoughtful accommodation were much appreciated. "
Tasha, London, Feb 2019.

"Our 3rd stay at Coach Cottage (and my 4th) and I’m delighted to report that in a cold spell it remains comfy and cosy. Kathryn’s attention to detail is undiminished! We had a couple of good days and did 2 circular walks – from here to Overstrand and back and the Roman Camp walk from West Runton which takes in most of the elevated part of Norfolk (a hill!). Dinner on Friday at the Gunton Arms was wonderful as ever!!"
Jane, London, Feb 2019.

"Awesome. Perfect. Could not be better. Thank you."
"What can I say that maybe hasn’t already been said. You have clearly thought about every detail. Such a beautiful bungalow to stay in. Bread was delicious and the marmalade too – which we did open to try and will return the jar next time we are in the village as friends live here. Thank you. We may well be back!!"
Steve & friend, Valencia, Jan 2019.

"We’ve had a lovely time so far, you have catered for everything and the house is more than welcoming. The only issue to report is that unfortunately we couldn’t get the DVD player to open for us, so we Thank you for a very pleasant holiday in your well equipped cottage. Despite the very cold weather the cottage was always warm and welcoming upon our return. Lovely dog walks in surrounding areas. Our only criticism is the sofas. We had difficulty getting out of them as you sit lower than your knees so no back support or ease of getting up."
Jane, Coventry, Jan 2019.

"We have really enjoyed our stay at Coach Cottage. The welcome pack was amazing and the well equipped cottage made for an easy and comfortable stay. Kathryn’s advice of where to go was so helpful and we had a wonderful time. We will be returning as soon as we can. Big thank you."
Hazel, Leicester, Jan 2019.

"We’ve had a lovely time so far, you have catered for everything and the house is more than welcoming. The only issue to report is that unfortunately we couldn’t get the DVD player to open for us, so we could play some of our Christmas DVDs but to be honest it did us a favour as it encouraged us to play more board games, of which you have a lovely selection, and we had fun playing. We look forward to more visits in the future. Thank you for everything."
Paul, Essex, Dec 2018.

"We feel incredibly lucky to have stumbled across Coach Cottage and have thoroughly enjoyed our pre- Christmas visit. Kathryn provided so many special, thoughtful and unique touche which just added to the magic. When we weren’t chilling out in the cottage we visited Cromer (highly recommend Hatter’s Tea room) and Horsey Gap (to view the seals). A meal in the local Vernon Arms pub is the perfect way to spend and evening. Kathryn – Coach Cottage is a gem of a find and we can’t wait to return. Thank you for everything."
Cheryl, Bucks, Dec 2018.

"My friends gave me this weekend as a very special gift and I have to say its the best I could have asked for. You should be so proud of the services and home you supply, Kathryn. It’s 5 star in my eyes."
Sue, Bucks, Dec 2018.

"Cosy and comfortable. Everything has been thought of as far as equipment. The goodies upon arrivalmuch appreciated. A long weekend for us, including seal watching at Horsey. Would love to come back next year in warmer weather."
Sheri, Essex, Nov 2018.

"We have really enjoyed our stay a Coach Cottage. Thank you for the welcome pack, such a lovely thought and much enjoyed. There is nothing we can suggest to improve such a comfortable and well equipped cottage. There was everything we could possibly need and more besides. Thank you for providing everything to make a wonderful holiday and for being so welcoming and helpful. We enjoyed both cottage and the area."
Jackie, Sussex, Nov 2018.

"We have enjoyed our short stay so much. The cottage was so well equipped, there was nothing more we can suggest to make a stay more comfortable and everything was such a high standard. With many thanks."

Angela, Cheshire, Oct 2018.

"Well, here we are at the end of our weeks holiday. We’ve had a wonderful time and have been so lucky with the weather. Lucky also to have chosen Coach Cottage as our holiday home. Everything you could ever need is here. The kitchen is effectively an Aladdin’s cave of goodies. Just say what you want and I swear a drawer will slide out offering the requested item. I cannot think of anything to say that reflects negatively. I can think of loads to say that reflects positively! Thank you Kathryn. You’ve worked hard to ensure that we holidaymakers have the most wonderful experience at Coach Cottage. Your welcome gifts were enjoyed by all. Thank you."
Anna, Kent, Oct 2018.

Kathryn is very welcoming upon our arrival with a lovely welcoming hamper, and the dogs loved their treats too. We had a lovely week and would definitely come back."
Carl, Suffolk, Oct 2018.

"We have enjoyed our holiday at this very comfortable cottage. We found everything we needed and had a very warm welcome. Would recommend the Old Vicarage Gardens, East Ruston, also the Nature Reserve at Pensthorpe. Back to The Garden is a good place to eat at Letheringsett and also the Vernon Arms near the cottage. We are looking forward to another visit next year."
Ann, Kent, Sept 2018.

"We have really enjoyed our stay in this lovely cottage. Well equipped and such comfortable beds. We appreciated the mobility equipment that was available. It made life so much easier for us. The welcome pack was great and Kathryn is an excellent host. We enjoyed visits to Blickling Hall, Felbrigg and the coastal resorts of Sheringham and Wroxham. For those visiting in the main summer months, the end of the pier show is a must. Great entertainment."
Gill, Herts, Sept 2018.

"Came to visit my sister who lives in the village but brought my parents (both in their 80’s) to Coach Cottage because of their mobility issues. The cottage is perfect for them to be able to get around easily and has all the aids they need. The beds are very comfortable allowing a restful night. Garden beautiful and peaceful to enjoy a cold drink, cup of tea or just read a book. Cottage is very well equipped throughout and the complimentary items a nice bonus. Thank you."
Heather, Sept 2018.

"Thank you for a lovely week in Coach Cottage. All of the little extras for everyone was great. Comfortable beds and everything we need is on hand. The pictures on the internet really don’t do the place justice."
Aimee, Notts. August 2018.

"Thank you so much for allowing us to experience such a beautiful location in which to explore the area of Norfolk. We stayed in Coach Cottage for a week as grandparents, parents, in-laws and grand son, and 4 legged family dogs. The cottage was clean, comfortable and quiet suiting our requirements, especially with a two year old. Apart from our own groceries and living requirements, the cottage was equipped with everything we needed for an enjoyable family holiday. We found no faults or reasons to improve the already well equipped home. We loved exploring the village and countryside around Southrepps and there was something for everyone, young and old around the Norfolk area. Finally, we would like to thank Kathryn for her courteous, friendly and totally easy going nature in all our contact with her. It really made the stay here a personal and homely visit. We hope subsequent visitors will enjoy their stay here as much as we have."
John, N. Ireland. August 2018.

"We have had a wonderful fortnight in Norfolk and Coach Cottage has been a wonderful home from home in which to stay. Thank you Kathryn for all your helpful information and for providing an extremely clean and comfortable cottage. We loved all the extra special touches. Thanks for the great weather too! Lots of gloriously sunny beach days was a real treat."
Sue, Surrey. August 2018.

Sharon, Leicester. July 2018.

"We 6 and dogs would like to say what an enjoyable stay it has been at Coach Cottage. So very well equipped, lovely comfy beds, spotlessly clean and the sun never stopped shining! We were lucky enough to have peregrine falcons flying overhead most days, an added bonus. Felbrigg Hall was our favourite day out , very dog friendly and M was able to come on her mobility scooter around the walk and through the woods. Overstrand was a great place to walk the beach with dogs too! Great!"
Pat, Essex. July 2018.

"A big thank you to Kathryn for the welcome pack, a lovely thought and much appreciated , even treats for the dogs. First time to Norfolk. Cannot fault the cottage it’s perfect, everything well thought out, fully equipped (and for disabled). Probably the best holiday cottage we’ve stayed in so far. Mom(83) said the only thing she wished for was a bedrail. Loved the quiet village – has a delicious meal at Vernon Arms. Excellent chip shop in Roughton. Fab beaches for dogs. All in all a lovely week and the weather was kind. Will definitely be back "
Catherine, Birmingham. June 2018.

"We have had a gorgeous time and look forward to exploring more of Norfolk when time allows. A five star home, exceptionally clean and a big shout out for comfy beds. Will definitely recommend to family and friends."
Kevin, Braintree. June 2018.

"Pleasant arrival, lots of lovely complimentary items, very clean. Lovely bedrooms, very comfortable. Log fire was lovely. Gardens well maintained. We had a lovely stay and will most definitely come again."
David, Dunstable. June 2018.

"There is only one word for us to describe Coach Cottage and its lovely owner and that is “Perfect”. The facilities provided for Dad (92 years old) with mobility problems were second to none. The only item he would have liked is a bed rail. Kathryn has made our stay very comfortable and all the little touches were very much appreciated. Anyone staying in May, we would highly recommend a visit to Stody Lodge Estate. The display of rhododendrons and azaleas are fantastic."
Christine, Leicestershire. May 2018.

"As newcomers to the Norfolk area we were delighted by Kathryn’s welcome and found Southrepps a good base to explore from. The cottage has everything we could wish for and even the weather has been arranged for us this week. We had three excellent bbqs and many snacks and meals in local hostelries recommended by Kathryn (and found several more!) We came to celebrate my mother’s 85th birthday and she loved everything. A week was not enough!! "
Lorraine, Bristol. May 2018.

"Lovely cottage which has everything you could possibly need as well as comfy beds and a nice garden. Thank you for making us so welcome; very much appreciate your efforts. This is a lovely area to stay in with lots to do nearby. Recommend Blicking Estate (and the Bucks Arms pub on site), Holkham Hall and Felbrigg for days out. We had a fab evening mean at The Gunton Arms which is very dog friendly. The Dales Country House Hotel, The Feathers (Holt), The Kings Head (Letheringsett) all dog friendly pubs. Had a wonderful time. Would love to come back."
Richard, Louth. April 2018.

"A spacious, comfortable and well equipped cottage in a lovely part of the country close to many interesting places to visit and enjoy. Kathryn could not have done more to welcome us, grandparents and children with many thoughtful touches for all. There is everything needed for a care free holiday. There are many National Trust places to visit close by and many lovely beaches for sunny days. Sadly for us it was a misty week."
Angela, East Sussex. April 2018.

"A beautiful cottage – could not think of anything it did not have. Did BeWilderwood, Blickling Hall, Wells next the Sea, Seals at Horsey and Wroxham Barns. Also walked the pier Cromer. Finished off with a lovely meal at the Vernon Arms. A fantastic week for Nana, Grandad and family. Hope to be back soon."
Steve, Herts. April 2018.

"What lovely accommodation! We were truly spoilt. You have all the amenities we could have wished for without it looking like a disabled home. A great family space and the week went really quickly (too quick). Many thanks."
Sally, Leicester. March 2018.

"Totally amazing, fully equipped cottage. We really enjoyed our stay. Will definitely be back sometime this year. Perfect location to get away from the daily grind. Thank you so very much."
Anita, Corby. March 2018.

"Wow, what a fantastic well equipped cottage and very home from home. The mobility aids really helped my mother in law. A thoughtful welcome pack was appreciated and Rocky and Ruby loved their treats too. Very well designed and furnished. Beds very, very comfy. Had dinner at the Vernon Arms for Mother’s day. Food and welcome was excellent ."
Arasmine, Stevenage. March 2018.

"Our stay in the Coach Cottage was very enjoyable. Very nice thoughts like the fresh flowers, the homemade jam and all the good tips for things to do in the area. Our stay here was so enjoyable that we already think of coming again."
Claire, France. Feb 2018.

"We have had a very enjoyable and relaxing stay. Coach Cottage has everything you need. Very well appointed village feel but peace and quiet. Weather was cold so the log burner was much appreciated. Very impressed with under floor heating. Our party consisted of 4 adults and 1 dog. Plenty of room and privacy for all. Very dog friendly. I don’t think Glen wanted to go home. Vernon Arms excellent. Great log fire after cold walk. Food was good. Norfolk is a very friendly area and the countryside beautiful. Pity it was so cold. Didn’t really get any time on the beach. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable. Do hope to return soon."
Linda, Yorkshire. Feb 2018.

"Lovely Coach Cottage, all you want in the way of comfort and equipment; we will be back."

John, Stockton-on-Tees. Dec 2017.

"What a lovely “home from home”! Clean, warm, cosy – very well equipped and a superb welcome pack – who could ask for more? Mum and Dad’s 56th wedding anniversary on the 2nd and we enjoyed a fantastic meal at the Foundry Arms, Northrepps. Great food, great atmosphere, excellent service. Will most definitely recommend Coach Cottage to friends and family and hope to return again. We can imagine how nice it would be in the summer. Thank you – spot on!"
Hayley, Lincolnshire. Dec 2017.

"Our third stay at Coach Cottage and yet again we have had a wonderful time. It really is a home from home, with everything you could possibly want or need. The welcome pack and little personal touches always make the stay memorable. We’ve had a very lucky week with the weather and enjoyed many walks on local beaches and further afield, plus visits to NT properties and a ride on the steam train from Sheringham to Holt. We have all thoroughly enjoyed our stay and undoubtedly will return very soon."
Alister, Wolverhampton. Oct 2017.

"Lovely location, fabulous property, warm welcome with amazing welcome pack - very much appreciated. Visited beaches, NT properties, walked and shopped - as all girls have to do. No clothes rack untouched in Holt! the well equipped cottage made easy friendly cooking together, eating and drinking and catching up as long standing friends - who don't meet up much - need to do. Many thanks."
Jill, Braintree. Oct 2017.

"A very warm welcome and a well equipped and spacious cottage. Thank you."
Angela, Wimbledon. Sept 2017.

"Yet another lovely stay at Coach Cottage. A very relaxing time for the entire family. Thanks Kathryn for a lovely welcome and a comfortable home away from home."
Chioma, Norwich. Sept 2017.

"Coach Cottage fulfilled our expectations; spacious; clean; comfortable; well equipped and a super access point to a variety of special places. We enjoyed three of Kathryn’s favourite eateries through consulting the detailed guide. The local beaches were enjoyed by all. Special mention to Felbrigg, Sheringham Museum and Norwich city. Thank you, it has been a lovely stay."
Karen, Stevenage. Sept 2017.

"Have had a lovely week. The cottage is comfortable and well equipped. Disabled facilities are a real bonus and everything we needed was here. We tried the circular walk around Southrepps which took us approximately 1 hour. Good to have the map as we probably wouldn’t have thought of it otherwise. Good food in the Vernon Arms – inc takeaway fish and chips. Also tried The Ship in Mundesley which is great, on the main road and looking our to the sea. Thanks for a warm welcome."
Rose, Doncaster. Sept 2017.

"We have had a lovely holiday in a wonderful cottage. Everything we needed was here – Thank you. A lovely welcome pack too."
Julia, Sheffield. Aug 2017.

"We had a lovely stay at Coach Cottage. Everything was perfect and the welcome hamper of goodies was very thoughtful, especially the Strawberry and Vanilla jam. We’d recommend the River Kitchen in Wroxham for breakfast and Richardson’s boat hire. It was a great way to spend the day. Walcott beach / seafront was so quiet and peaceful today, the perfect place to to go for a swim! Thank you."
Caroline, Kent. Aug 2017.

"Lovely stay. Coach Cottage is so well equipped. Everything you could possibly need is here and the welcome pack was a lovely treat. We enjoyed trips to Mundesley beach, Wroxham, Norwich, Thrigby Hall, Happisburgh as well as making use of the swimming pool at North Walsham and hiring a day boat (Wroxham), rowing boat (Hickling) and canoe (Wayford Bridge). Can also recommend Wayford Bridge Inn for a meal (much easier to get a table than the Vernon Arms (which was also good))."
Sarah, Surrey. Aug 2017.

"We had a lovely stay here at Coach Cottage. The welcome pack was so lovely and much appreciated after a long day travelling. The location was perfect and we spent lots of time at Mundesley beach as well as visiting Felbrigg Hall and Sheringham – great for the steam train mad toddler. The cottage was wonderfully cosy and comfortable and we loved our stay here. Thanks."
Amelia, London. July 2017.

"Many thanks for an excellent stay. You certainly thought of everything – from BBQ to disabled fittings. We would love to come again and will certainly recommend. Thank you for your kind attention and welcome pack. "
Yvonne, Milton Keynes. July 2017.

"The cottage really suited us, 4 adults inc 1 wheelchair, 1x 4year old, 1x 1year old. We loved the cottage, managed a BBQ between showers. The cottage is well stocked with games, books etc. We wanted for nothing. Great location for different activities. We were really well informed – thanks Kathryn. We loved our stay."
Margaret, Leceistershire. July 2017.

"Thank you for a lovely holiday home, again. Our second visit and we were just as happy and comfortable as last year. Looked forward to our welcome pack and “little extra goodies” and we were not disappointed. Very hot weather to start of week so we took it easy on Mundesley beach. Blickling Estate was enjoyed by all as was the steam train at Sheringham. We also had a trip to the Norfolk Broads this year, which was much shorter journey than anticipated. Many thanks again for everything. Already talking about next year visit. "
Vicky, Chesterfield. June 2017.

"We have had a brilliant week at Coach Cottage. So comfortable for 6 adults, a toddler and two dogs with every possible thing we could need available. We even baked a cake! We had one beach day at West Runton where also on a rainy day we visited The Links Hotel to use their swimming pool. We had it to ourselves for a while and it was only £10 for a family pass. The Poppy Railway was a great success with our 2 year old and took us to Holt and Byfords, which is well worth a visit. Once the younger family members had gone home we had a couple of days to visit the Open Studios – so many to look at you could spend the whole week just doing that. We too found the Vernon Arms very friendly and the dogs were accepted in the bar. The welcome goodies were lovely and appreciated by everyone. We are sorry to be leaving but hope in the future to return."
Carol, June 2017.

"We have had a fantastic week’s holiday at Coach Cottage. The cottage has everything you could possibly need; definitely a home from home accommodation plus the very sunny, hot weather this week has been a bonus. The Vernon Arms is a must to visit, very friendly and serve excellent food. Thank you Kathryn for a lovely stay at Coach Cottage – we definitely hope to return again next year."
Heather, Leicester. June 2017.

"A well equipped "home from home". We have had an enjoyable stay in your cottage. The facilities are superb, the beds comfy and the weather glorious. Thank you Kathryn we will certainly try to come again."

Jackie, Essex. May 2017.

"Second visit to the best self catering we have ever had. Nothing could be improved on for both visits except the weather. Had 3 dull days and winds then 3 perfect sunny days, but Kathryn has no control over that!"
Jill, Derbyshire. May 2017.

"A really fabulous stay at a great cottage. We have had a brilliant holiday and our toddler absolutely loved the cottage. Thank you for everything. We really do hope to visit again."
Katie, Essex. April 2017.

"Really enjoyed our week at Coach Cottage. Tucked away in a quiet spot in the village and easy to get to places of interest. Excellent accommodation and really well equipped. Kathryn has thought of everything and a bit more. Even the problem we had with the cooker was fixed and a temporary replacement found on an Easter Saturday. Will certainly recommend to anyone coming to this area.."
Geoff, Weston-Super-Mare. April 2017.

"Lovely cottage, settled in comfortably – home from home. Very well equipped (including tea cosy!). Plenty of helpful information. Will certainly return and confidently recommend ."
Jackie, Notts. April 2017.

"We have stayed at various cottages over the years but have never stayed in one with as much detail and facilities as Coach Cottage. Everything was first class and Kathryn so very helpful and knowledgeable about the area around Southrepps and further afield. Would have liked a longer stay and we hope to return. Many thanks."
Ted, Notts. March 2017.

"Thank you very much for a wonderful stay. You have thought of everything. Wonderful to have somewhere to store the mobility scooter and delicious welcome pack. We enjoyed Sheringham, Cromer, Holkham and Wells with the power wheelchair. We took the scooter along the sea wall from Blakeney to Cley (it is an off road mobility scooter). Delicious meal at the Vernon Arms although we couldn’t get the power chair into the pub. Coffee at the Blakeney Hotel with wonderful views from the upstairs lounge. Also excellent wheelchair access at Cley Marshes EcoCentre. Also excellent wheelchair access and lovely meal at The Victoria, Holkham (we booked ahead). Many thanks.."
Julie, Brentwood. March 2017.

Chioma, Norfolk. Jan 2017.

"Another lovely stay at Coach Cottage with our dog. Kathryn makes you very welcome. Mundesley is a great beach for dogs. Also woods at Felbrigg Hall. Good food at Vernon Arms – went out for lunch with our dog. Thank you Kathryn for a great stay."
Terry, Lincs. Jan 2017.

"New Year at Coach Cottage - Our first stay at Coach Cottage by six friends. The cottage was beautifully decorated and the facilities excellent. We all felt very much at home from the begining of our stay as Kathryn had thought of everything to make our stay so enjoyable. We were so impressed by the very high standard of the cottage and its amenities that we have already booked to come back in December."
John, Stockton-on-Tees. Jan 2017.

"Christmas at Coach Cottage. From the title one could think it was the opening title to a Miss Marple adventure. In reality it was simply the best place to stay when not at home for Christmas. The cottage was beautifully decorated in full festive trim and the comfortable chairs and warm log fire only completed the experience. Our two Westies were very much at home and safe thanks to the secure garden. The wooden floors and their feet combined gave us a lovely sound like Fred Astaire and Ginger Rogers dancing on helium. Thank you Kathryn, you have done a great job with the cottage and gave us a wonderful Christmas and one to remember."
Julie, Dorset. Dec 2016.

"Our third stay in Coach Cottage and nothing further to add. High standards maintained. Big thank you to Kathryn."
Jane, Chiswick. Dec 2016.

"Absolutely fantastic cottage, well equipped especially the kitchen. Extremely warm and lovely log burner. Welcome package was a thoughtful treat and very much appreciated in the morning (home cooked bread!). Kathryn is a wonderful host and very welcoming upon arrival. Amazing walks both country fields and beaches. The dogs have loved it and been extremely happy. Thank you once again, a fantastic break. We will be recommending to friends and family."
Nigel, Nottingham. Nov 2016.

" Our stay here in Coach Cottage was awesome. Kathryn made us very welcome. Poppy made herself at home very quickly as did we. Many thanks for the homemade bread etc. was a welcome sight. Would definitely recommend to friends and family."
Peter, Suffolk. Nov 2016.

"Beautiful cottage which is very well equipped – all needs human and canine thoughtfully covered. Kathryn is a lovely welcoming host who pays close attention to detail and readily contactable if needed (we did not but she kept us aware of changes to local events). All in all perfect for our dog walking weekend – would definitely recommend. Thank you."
Charlotte, Harlow. Nov 2016.

"Had a wonderful couple of days in Coach Cottage even though the weather wasn’t great. Really well equipped and comfortable property. Location is perfect. Vernon Arms is a lovely pub, very welcoming. Would love to return."
David, Kent. Oct 2016.

"It has been a wonderful stay at Coach Cottage. We’ve enjoyed going to the beach with our two golden retrievers and walking around Sheringham, Cromer, and Holkham Hall. It was very interesting at Holkham because you could walk around and see deer and its also the rutting season so even more exciting. Thanks again for our lovely stay. A wonderful stay again; we’ll definitely be back. "
Owen, Wolverhampton. Oct 2016.

"Enjoyed a wonderful week at Coach Cottage. We can not add to the previous comments – as Tina Turner says 'simply the best'! "
Robert, Chelmsford. Oct 2016.

"A real ‘home from home’ – lovely cottage, very clean and comfortable and well equipped. Thank you so much for all the basic foodstuffs and the little extras – the flowers, jams, lollipops and sweets; such thoughtful touches. We particularly enjoyed cycling the quiet lanes in this delightful area of North Norfolk – the maps and guide books were very useful. We would definitely like to come back. A water jug for the table would be useful."
Richard, Reading. Sept 2016.

"A very warm welcome to start a lovely holiday in this beautiful cottage and location Kathryn couldn’t have thought of anything extra to make this more a home from home. We have had a very lovely and comfortable stay here at Coach Cottage and will recommend this to family and friends. Many thanks Kathryn for our lovely holiday."
Geraldine, Leicester. Sept 2016.

"A wonderful welcoming place to stay. Coach Cottage is so well equipped. Ideal location being so close to St James Church, Southrepps for my daughter wedding. We have enjoyed our stay and hopefully will return. Thank you."
Linda, Norfolk. Sept 2016.

"Thank you for a most welcoming stay Kathryn, it has been wonderful. Thank you so much for the welcoming pack., milk etc. and very well equipped. The little touches, the flowers, lollipops in glasses, pictures on walls. It felt like home from home. Visited the Southrepps church which was very peaceful. Quiet location. Had a great time playing table football even though the 50 years and above were playing. Thank you again for a lovely stay."
Trevor, Cambridge. Sept 2016.

"We too have enjoyed a lovely holiday in Coach Cottage with blissful weather and so much to do and see, we couldn’t ask for better. Given all the complimentary comments penned previously, there is little to add! However, as well seasoned cottage holiday renters we must congratulate Kathryn for the best, most well equipped cottage we have stayed in. Thank you."
Ellie, Suffolk. Sept 2016.

"All I can add to the wonderful comments is if I was to move to Norfolk this is the place I would want to buy. I could imagine this would be a wonderful place to come in the colder weather so you could have the log fire burning. Unfortunately we had to make do with 30degree in the day and 18degrees at night time. Where we lucky or not? This cottage was like home from home but one thing I don’t have is a dishwasher but I did not use this one. Lovely bedding and lovely towels; I will be getting some when we return home to Staffordshire. Finish with a thank you to Kathryn for making this cottage available."
Paul, Newcastle. Aug 2016.

"Coach Cottage has been a very comfortable and well equipped place to stay. Kathryn really has thought of everything that visitors may need – and more. Our two boys have enjoyed table football in the garage and the sand toys came in useful. The kitchen has every possible tool and gadget you could ask for, and the small touches like the olive oil were really thoughtful. Thank you too for the food / milk upon arrival. Again this was a really nice touch. For days out Blickling Hall and Sheringham Park were enjoyable places to visit and Happisburgh Lighthouse and the beach were a hit too. We’ve had a week of dry weather and sun and couldn’t have asked for more. Thank you Kathryn for a lovely place to stay. The next time we’re in Norfolk we would definitely like to return here."
Ann, Staffs. Aug 2016.

"Fantastic! Had a fantastic stay. Kathryn again you have thought of everything. We love it here and don’t want to leave. We have visited Norfolk many times but this is by far the best place we have stayed. 5 star! We will be back, thank you."
Gill, Grantham. July 2016.

"We have been to Norfolk several times but this has been the nicest place we have stayed at. The cottage is beautiful; Kathryn has thought of everything. We will definitely be returning."
Sue, Herts. July 2016.

"Thank you for a fabulous cottage to stay in for our hols. We have loved every minute and really do not want to leave. 5 star place and 5 star host. The best holiday home we have stayed in EVER! Thank you for your places to visit tips and continuous updates / texts to make sure we are having a good time and all ok. You are a very caring, kind and efficient host and would make anyone welcome and feel at home the minute they arrived. We love Norfolk and hope to have future holidays in the area and would definitely stay at Coach Cottage again. Thank you again for a wonderful stay and we hope to see you again next year (if not before)."
Victoria, Derbyshire. July 2016.

"Our stay was blissful. The cottage restful. The beds cosy."
Jane, Northamptonshire. June 2016.

"A wonderful stay at Coach Cottage. Very comfortable and well equipped. Super location too. Much to do and see around here and food at the Vernon Arms a bonus. Thanks for a very enjoyable holiday."
Ian, Worcestershire. June 2016.

"Me and two work colleagues booked this accommodation for three weeks. We would definitely have booked again for later this year but unfortunately it's fully booked on the dates we require. The cottage had everything, plenty of space really good showers nice wood burner under floor heating. Lovely bed linen & towels and a well equipped kitchen although we didn't use it we ate out at the Vernon Arms twice a week as its within walking distance great pub. And there are plenty of nice places we cycled to such as the New inn Roughton (Chinese) there is a fish and chip shop there as well. The Foundry arms and Gunton Hall are also within cycling distance. Would certainly recommend this cottage. We have stayed at several places in the area in the last 7 years and this one is definitely one of the best if not the best. The owner has done a splendid job of ensuring everything is as you would want it."
Dave, Lowestoft. June 2016.

"Our first stay in the cottage and a very pleasant stay for all. The cottage is very well equipped and in a lovely peaceful location. We will definitely stay again."
Karen, Middlesex. May 2016.

"Again, everything has already been said. We had a lovely weekend break and been very comfortable at Coach Cottage. Very well equipped."
Alison, Herts. May 2016.

"Lovely cottage with well appointed kitchen. With everything we needed for our week long stay. We all enjoyed the garden and the weather was favourable all week. Didn’t eat out much locally other than Wiverton Hall Cafe which was excellent but very busy. Will look to book again another year. Bath may benefit from handles on side of bath."
Michelle, Peterborough. May 2016.

"We have had a wonderful stay here at Coach Cottage. Kathryn’s communication before and during our visit was brilliant. Thank you for the welcome hamper too. The cottage ensured a lovely holiday for us with my parents and our two young children. Days out to Pensthorpe, the Bure Valley Railway, the boat on the Broads trip and Dinosaur Park were enjoyed despite varied weather of sunshine, rain and occasional hail storm. Oh and the play area is great in Southrepps. We didn’t get to try the wood burning stove but would have loved to. My mother would have liked the addition of a pie slice in the kitchen utensils. Thank you for a lovely homely place to stay ; will certainly recommend."
Charlotte, Leicestershire. Apr 2016.

"Lovely cosy, comfortable holiday cottage with enough room for for 6 adults and 3 dogs. A real home from home. Explored Norfolk coast line in the wind and rain! Beds were really comfortable, and we all slept really well (bonus). Fish and Chips from the Vernon Arms were excellent. Added extras were a wonderful surprise and well received."
Wendy, Yorkshire. Apr 2016.

"Excellent accommodation at Coach Cottage, the best self catering we have ever had. It’s perfect, could not be improved upon. The disabled facilities and equipment so well researched. Will certainly recommend to anyone coming to this area."
Jill, Derbyshire. Apr 2016.

"Had a wonderful stay at Coach Cottage. The cottage is very well equipped. Really enjoyed the log fire. Made to feel very welcome on arrival and the folders provided give a lot of useful information. Didn’t feel the advertisement on the web site does the cottage justice; underfloor heating, football table and loungers were all additional treats! Would definitely recommend and would love to come back and stay again. Only downside was not to be able to open the French doors, due to them swelling. Thanks again for a lovely stay."
Joanne, Herts. March 2016.

"We had a really lovely time at the cottage. It had everything we could have needed and it was so helpful that all the extras were provided for two babies. The cottage is in a great location for exploring the local area and we had a great meal in the local pub too. The cottage is in immaculate condition and the wood burner made a cold spring evening very cosy. We would definitely recommend this to friends. The extra bathrooms made travelling with other couples much more civilised."
Jonathan, Suffolk. March 2016.

"We had a lovely stay at Coach Cottage, one of the best equipped lovely rentals we have had. Everything has been thought out so well. The Vernon Arms is a lovely pub and has excellent food. It was lovely to have a welcome pack when we arrived and such a well equipped kitchen. We would recommend this cottage to friends and likely be returning."
Debra, Luton. March 2016.

"What a beautiful holiday cottage booked for my 50th birthday. Have had a great stay. Home from home, spotlessly clean and very well equipped. Lovely to arrive to a great host, thank you Kathryn and essential food items on arrival. My dog was very comfortable here. Have had a nice relaxing break here. Kitchen very well equipped, enjoyed cooking in here. Will recommend and would return when in this part of Norfolk."
Helen, Leicester. March 2016.

"Arrived tired and weary. Wonderful cottage, wonderful treats greeting me, including for my dog, and wonderful welcome from Kathryn. The attention to detail is second to none – 5 star (if that is the top award!). Thank you so much for sharing your home with us, nothing was too much trouble and we really appreciated it. Leaving refreshed and ready to face the world again – thank you so much – we will be back!"
Frances, Leicester. Feb 2016.

"Thank you Kathryn for such a warm welcome to Coach Cottage. What a delightful property this is; certainly the best we have stayed in. Coach Cottage contains everything you could need or more. We have thoroughly enjoyed our week here and visited many local beaches with Willow and Monty. They love the seaside; its a rare treat for them. A nice meal at the Vernon Arms and time spent with local friends all added to our enjoyment. Needless to say we enjoyed staying here and have already booked up for October half term."
Kay, Wolverhampton. Feb 2016.

"Our fourth visit to our second home. Snowdrops at Walsingham Abbey were stunning as were the many rhododendrons out already in Sandringham Park. Walks along Overstrand and Walcott beaches with Billy very invigorating. Two nice meals at The Vernon Arms and meals out with friends revisiting cottage. The best way to relax. Once again Kathryn you have been a marvellous hostess ; we still have to return in warmer weather to achieve our aim of staying here in all 4 seasons. Thanks for making us so welcome ; we will be back."
Paul, Suffolk. Feb 2016.

"Without doubt the best cottage we have ever rented and that includes National Trust Properties. The very high standards of furniture and fittings with every appliance one could possible want or need makes this cottage outstanding. Kathryn left us and our dog a great welcome pack which was very much appreciated and without intruding in anyway made certain we needed for nothing. The village is lovely and the Vernon Arms is a great traditional pub with roaring fire, good food and is not in the slightest pretentious. Dogs are welcome, so long as your pet gets along with other dogs, you can relax and have a meal or a pint. If you’re walking on Mundesley beach with a large dog keep an eye on the tides. If you can’t lift your dog over the breakwaters you may end up walking around them through the incoming North Sea. All in all the best UK winter break we have had in a long time."
Terry, Lincs. Jan 2016.

"Thanks for a lovely stay. This is the best equipped and most thoughtfully organised holiday cottage we’ve ever stayed in, making our New Year break really straightforward. We thought the NYE meal at the Vernon Arms was a bit overpriced for what we got, and the duvets are a bit heavy but minor issues compared with the excellence of the rest of the stay! Will definitely recommend and may well be back."
Kate, Notts. Jan 2016.

"We’ve had a lovely stay here in Coach Cottage. Although not here on holiday we were made to feel very welcome. The cottage is very well equipped and especially for families with children. The boys have enjoyed their stay here and would love to come back! Thank you for making this stressful time much easier. We have already recommended. P.S. Pizza cutter would be handy!"
Laura, Norfolk. Dec 2015.

"Fabulous weekend visit, lovely house everything we needed, comfortable beds. Many thanks."
Karol, Northants. Nov 2015.

"Our third visit to what we consider our second home. Once again welcome packs and Billy’s treats went down a treat. Bracing walks along Cromer, Mundesley and Overstrand beaches. Visit to seal colony at Horsey a great experience even though we got soaking wet. Several fires enjoyed as well as meals with friends and family. Excellent meals at Vernon Arms. As ever Kathryn is a superb hostess. Nice to see the place developing and properties restored. Beer glasses and gravy boat christened. Only the summer season left now to complete our visits – we will be back to complete this, have no worries. North Norfolk and its beaches are our favourite destination."
Paul, Suffolk. Nov 2015.

"Had a great stay – time flew by. Would have happily stayed for another week or two. Everything has already been said but we thank Kathryn for the best of attention to detail and for sharing her lovely cottage. Our second holiday in Southrepps, but no way near our previous visit as we cannot remember where we stayed – this time we will never forget and hope to return to Coach Cottage. Loved Norwich; bell ringing in the Southrepps church on Monday; hiring a boat on The Broads; Sheringingham & steam trains, Felbrigg & Blickling Hall etc.etc. Many thanks."
Mick, Isle of Wight. Oct 2015.

"We have had a restful few days at Coach Cottage. The cottage is very clean and well kept; you have thought of everything – best facilities for my sister of anywhere we have stayed. Health allowing, we will be back."
Gail, Suffolk. Oct 2015.

"We have thoroughly enjoyed our week at Coach Cottage, which may be the best equipped and most comfortable rented holiday cottage we have ever stayed in. We have enjoyed lovely autumnal walks at Felbrigg and Upper Sheringham, as well along the coast of Mundesley, Cromer and Bacton. Many thanks for thinking of everything and providing so many helpful accessories for our 10 month old son. We would love to return one day."
Laura, Bucks. Oct 2015.

"We had a lovely 4 days at Coach Cottage. Very comfortable, clean and well equipped for both adults, a baby and a dog. Really useful to have baby equipment such as a changing mat and bath. Vernon Arms brilliant – both for lunch and takeaway fish & chips. Labone Indian in North Walsham is very good and delivers to the cottage. Great location and lovely home from home. Would love to return one day."

"Our stay was very relaxing. Had family for the 1940’s weekend at Holt and Sheringham with the remainder of the week on our own, had lovely walks, Mundesley Beach has to be amongst one of the best. Thank you Kathryn, couldn’t ask for more from you. Coach Cottage has to be one of the best holiday accommodation that we have stayed in."

Our evening out at the Vernon Arms were great – excellent food and such a warm welcome. We can see why it is so necessary to book. Thank you for the wonderful welcome pack, much appreciated by adults, children and woofers."

Jo, Sheffield. April 2014

"The cottage is just wonderful... clean, comfortable & well equipped. Brilliant for kids, safe & secure....it all felt like home away from home. The cottage is in a great location for so many places - we love coming to Norfolk & visited Mundesley, Cromer & of course BeWilderwood! We'd definitely stay again. "
Mills family, Herts. April 2014

"Coach Cottage is beautifully appointed & cozy with underfloor heating and the wood burning stove. I really appreciated the comfortable bed and cotton bed linen.... Southrepps is well located for walks to the coast."
